Trosier's sign: A Rare Presentation of Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer is the second most common cause of death in men globally. The sites metastasis include bone, lymph nodes, lungs, liver, pleura, and adrenal glands. A 65-year-old Zambian man presented with neck swelling for 3 months mild lower urinary tract symptoms. He reported that was fast growing, painless no history trauma. On examination, Trosier’s sign present. Histology report following a node incision biopsy demonstrated Adenocarcinoma. specific antigen (PSA) also positive. follow up prostate found adenocarcinoma Gleason 8. This case highlights need high index suspicion older, male patients presenting unexplained known prostatic adenocarcinoma.
